Lots of XML/SQL (Pervasive.SQL)
The role is a hardcore coding position with team Lead work. Longer term, wants to groom this person to take over the CTO role down the road.
Been around since 1980. 120 clients.
Lead/Architect with Principal duties.
Salary to 100-120kish area.
Quality of life place! 30 years in business, undergoing new investment in new product dev in .NET
Report to CTO/Co-Founder as the Lead/Architect (even Co-founder codes!) developing new .NET application.
This is a 40ish hour place, not an equity place.
20 people, 6 in engineering. Nice Boston location - off Red Line.
